Following is a list of our services, however, I do not sell packages. Each of the weddings I plan and design are different, reflecting each couples style. In order to give you a personalized proposal, which meets your needs, I always offer a free first consultation for you to fill me in on all the details.
I will work closely with you to learn all the details of how you envisage your wedding, and based on your ideas and taste, I will create your wedding design which will be a true reflection of you both.
WEDDING PLANNING & STYLING SERVICE
Your Wedding in Spain
If you are looking for professional local help for the planning and styling of your wedding in Spain, then this service is for you.
This service is the most complete. We will start with our first consultation and from here I will provide advice and assistance with every planning detail, from initial budgeting to wedding design, inspection venue visits, menu tasting, accommodation and transport planning and bookings…
We will have unlimited meetings and consultations, and we will be in constant contact either face to face or via email, WhatsApp, Skype…
I will help you choose your wedding decor by looking at different examples with you and talking about your personal taste.
I will create a theme, style and decorative wedding concept, making sure everything matches and flows: decor, flowers, stationary, tables, lighting…
We will look into different areas of the venue to decorate, such as Welcome Signs, Seating Plans, Photo Calls, and/or add any other decor you require.
I will introduce you to the best local wedding suppliers, always in line with your taste and budget: Celebrants, Caterers, Photographers and Videographers, Florists and Floral Designers, Hotels, Transport Companies… and I will schedule appointments for us to meet them.
I will accompany you through the whole planning process.
I will manage contracts and keep track of all deposits and payments by preparing a payment schedule.
I will also help you with RSVPs; help prepare your guest list, your seating plan and keep your vendors updated with your guest information: special diet requirements, children’s menus…
Last but not least, I will manage and supervise your suppliers during all the wedding planning and on your wedding day.
I will prepare realistic timelines and schedules for the day, and I will be the one in charge making sure these timings are respected.
I will be with you on your Wedding Day, supervising all the details, taking care of you and your family on what will be one of the best days of your lives.
ELOPEMENT SERVICE
Intimate Weddings
If you prefer to have a smaller wedding or dream of a romantic get away for two, an Elopement is for you.
Pin point your dream wedding location, and we will plan a picture perfect ceremony followed by a fun photo shoot and special dinner.
A romantic set in the middle of the woods, a secluded private beach, or a rooftop terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia in the heart of Barcelona…
As your Wedding Planner I will help you through all the planning process, sourcing venues where you can hold your intimate wedding, and a personalized wedding banquet.
I will provide advice and assistance in every planning detail from your initial idea, to when the last vendor finishes his work. I will style your Elopement according to your taste and personal preferences.
We will have unlimited meetings and consultations during the planning months, and of course, I will be there on the day, taking care of you both, ensuring it is one of the most memorable days of your lives

If you dream of planning and designing your wedding, being in charge of sourcing and contracting your vendors, we can help you manage your wedding day with our Day of Coordination Service.
I will be your Wedding Day Coordinator and together with my team, I will coordinate, manage and supervise your suppliers on your wedding day, making sure everything runs smoothly on the day, allowing you both to step out of the management roles.
Our Wedding Day Coordination service guarantees professional event management on your wedding day, so you and your partner can relax and enjoy yourselves.

Worldwide Wedding Planning & Styling
Even though I am based in Spain, I love travelling and I am more than happy to pack my suitcase and travel with you to the destination of your choice. No matter how near or far we can plan and design your wedding worldwide.
This service covers all the points in the Wedding Planning and Design service, and we will take care of all the preparations joining you to coordinate your wedding at the destination of your choice.
All you have to do is choose the location, and I’ll be there for you.

Get Togethers
A fantastic way to share some extra time with your friends and family is preparing activities the days before or after the wedding.
When you have guests coming from abroad, they tend to book a couple of extra days at the resort you chose to stay at.
These days are perfect for you to organise either a welcome get together which is fantastic as an ice breaker for those who don’t know many other guests, or a farewell meal so that everyone has the opportunity to say goodbye to you before you all go back home.
